Sleeping

Here is my first attempt to send a post via email to this blog.  This is Beau, my grandson.  Isn't he sweet, sleeping on his Momma's chest. I hope to be able to use this feature to post pictures of my meals, and add an explanation of why I chose those foods, and how I prepared them, and generally how I'm feeling.
